DEADLINE MAY 30th. Convenient RINGSIDE RV Parking Reservations are filled on a first come first served basis and are $100 for up to 5 days & 4 nights. These ring side locations are going fast and are well worth it! View the available RV Parking slots below. These Priority Ringside RV Slots must be secured with the KBTCNO by MAY 30th. After that time SVC will assign spots throughout the fairgrounds at their discretion. |

This years Friday dinner reservations & hospitality RSVP covers all 4 days and includes Hot breakfast Friday and Saturday, Continental breakfast Thursday thru Sunday, Fridays Specialty Dinner, and our famous 24/7 hospitality tent. |

Advance RSVP is due by July 21st (Entry closing date) and is only $25 per guest. After July 21st, hospitality is $30 per guest. Kids under 12 eat free!! Reservations close July 28th. Exhibitors and family members attending should plan on bringing plenty of cold water and beverages. |
